clean rooms, convenient location, nearby restaurants

The elevators have spills that aren't cleaned promptly!!! Housekeeping could be more discrete and less loud in the hallways during late hours. A little attention to detail would make a significant difference!!!

The Queen room was clean with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Loved the indoor pool and fitness center to unwind. The breakfast had fresh croissants and plenty of options. It’s super close to a Walmart and loads of restaurants, which makes it easy to grab a bite. Perfect location for Brimfield!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty comfy. Nice clean space, and the beds were definitely cozy. The mini fridge and microwave were handy, too! The bathroom could’ve used some more towel racks and space for toiletries, but overall, not a big deal. Breakfast was just okay, kind of bare-bones with just a yogurt and bagel. Oh, and super close to a bunch of restaurants, which is great!

We had a lovely stay where the inviting lobby and spacious, clean room made our weekend getaway truly enjoyable, with the added perk of being just a short drive from Chicopee State Park and close to numerous dining options as well.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Chicopee. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge TV and inviting lobby. Breakfast offered a nice array of choices, though I missed the hot options. A very enjoyable experience with friendly staff.

Family getaway with some bumps

When we arrived, they had warm cookies and cold milk waiting in the lobby. Perfect for my kids. On top of that, the staff was really friendly and seemed genuinely glad to see us.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive for what we got but still acceptable.
